Spring 2022 6-Week Workshop Information

Letting the Light In: Writing and Self-Care is a highly interactive class focused on therapeutic and creative aspects of writing. In the classes, participants will write about personal narratives, healing journeys, and ways we can “let the light in” and self-care during chaotic or stressful times in our lives.

Participants will create their own self-care journals and come to know themselves as creative artists with a story to own and tell. No experience is needed, and beginning /intermediate writers will benefit from the shared activities.
