Class Description

Begin your yoga journey, build strength and flexibility, and gain confidence on and off your mat. Learn the essentials of developing and maintaining a yoga practice that uses meditation, breathwork, and movement to deepen connection with yourself and the world around you. Over 6 weeks, we will explore foundational poses and concepts to empower your practice. Beginners as well as long time practitioners are welcome in this series.
