Call for Instructors

The Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation (OCAF) is seeking artists/instructors to work with children, teens, adults, and seniors in an expanding arts education program.  All media are welcome. Unique approaches and techniques are encouraged.  Classes may be taught on a weekly or monthly basis or may be offered as one-time workshops over one or multiple days. In-person or virtual class/workshop proposals are welcomed.

Details:

Full-length classes: Typically run 2 to 3 hours

Workshops: Typically run for 1-3 days

*In the event of unsatisfactory enrollment one week prior to the start date OCAF reserves the right to cancel a class/workshop, or with instructor approval run the class at reduced capacity.

Pay Rate:

Pay rate is 60% of tuition received.

Tuition:

Tuition is based on instructor fee, material cost, and OCAF overhead.  When planning your fee, please be mindful that we strive to make all classes affordable to our students.

Proposals are reviewed by a committee and space is limited. Once we receive your proposal, we will contact you if we need more information or if teaching slots become available.
