Class Description:

If you’ve never written poetry before, but you’ve always wanted to try, then this class is for you! Or if you’ve written for years but would like to ripen the fundamental stuff of poetry in your body of work, then this class is also for you! We’ll be writing one poem per week while we consider how to employ imagery, syntax, metaphor, and music to make a poem resonate. We’ll celebrate and develop our unique voices. We’ll tenderly mete out our hearts.
